EcoFurn Store is the official distributor of EcoFurn Finland, which manufactures Finnish ecological handicraft furniture. Orders placed from the online store leave directly from the factory’s warehouse, so the EcoFurn Store offers the entire EcoFurn Finland product range. They have been cooperating for a long time, so the EcoFurn Store has expertise in all matters related to EcoFurn Finland’s products.

 

When we started cooperating with the EcoFurn Store, our goal was to increase the Ecofurn Store’s online sales and make the company’s operations more online. In marketing, we wanted to introduce channels other than Google. At Ecofurn Store, we started by creating all the necessary accounts and optimizing the existing ones. In marketing, we introduced three new channels and systematically began to increase marketing in these. Facebook, Instagram and e-mail became new channels for marketing.

Our goals and steps in digital marketing were:
