Since 2013, Laatusoitin Oy has been the biggest player in high-quality used and new pianos in Finland. The range of quality instruments includes grand pianos, electric pianos as well as other instruments and accessories for these product groups. The company’s area of ​​operation covers the whole Finland and their specialty is the import and resale of used and refurbished Yamaha pianos and grand pianos from Japan.

We designed and implemented a new online store for Laatusoitin, which combined targeted and successful comprehensive digital marketing. In our work, we strive to listen carefully to the customer’s wishes and to fulfill these wishes as well as possible. We managed to increase the company’s order volumes and sales through online store, as was our goal. With the new online store, many of the customer’s other business areas became more efficient and processes were digitized, from inventory management to the customer interface. The online store reform with us ultimately helped streamline the entire company.

In our clientele, we always strive for immediacy, relaxation, efficiency and professionalism, which also contributed to this project. We solve the problem in the same style as we solve the problem with our other customers.
