Optikko Kivinen is a private eyewear store in Hämeenlinna, Finland. Family business has been operating for more than 50 years offering opticians and ophthalmologist services. Optikko Kivinen was also a member of the Synsam chain for a long time, but is now an independent player in the field in Hämeenlinna, Turenki and Lammi.
The company’s problem in the initial situation was the incompetence and lack of time in social media marketing. We started cooperating with Optikko Kivinen, and with our planned activities we eased the company’s burden and generated more sales for the company through online marketing.
Our goal was to make Optikko Kivinen a brand known to everyone around their business area. Through all the marketing channels, we effectively reached the company’s old contacts as well as new potential customers.

We managed to increase the number of website visitors by 350%, repatriate traffic from people seeking optics from Google by 14%, and reached approximately 40,000 potential customers per month.
