In our co-operation with Lavonia, we set out to implement a fairly extensive range of services. We designed and implemented a completely new, impressive website for Lavonia. We also redesigned the company’s entire brand image, from the logo to the clarified core message. We also updated the company’s entire customer management system with the introduction of HubSpot. As planned, we also integrated Facebook, LinkedIn and Google advertising, which had not been used effectively enough in the past. With us, a goal-oriented and productive structure, follow-up and rhythm were created for marketing.

Lavonia’s new website has been very well received and the feedback has been purely positive. People are now finding it easier to find answers to their questions and Lavonia’s employer image is now much more appealing.

SDR manager: A person who is responsible for the SDR team and the business intelligence team. Leads, manages, sets goals and develops the whole operations.

Business intelligence:  The person responsible for doing the “back office”. Creates contact lists and is responsible for implementing the technical side and reporting.

Recruitment cost: A one-time payment for the costs associated with hiring a new person.

Software: Software costs for the contact lists and the tools used for the contact itself.
