The mobile application, website and ordering system are significant steps for Pianto Oy

Pianto Oy is the dream of Markus Dunder, a young entrepreneur / piano tuner. He founded the company with his partners in Rajamäki in 2020. Their goal was to create a solution on how to modernize the piano tuning industry and bring it to this day. Pianto Oy’s strong mission is therefore to modernize the piano tuning industry.

We implemented a new website and ordering system for Pianto, as well as a mobile application for piano tuners. We designed and implemented practically everything necessary for Pianto, time management and resourcing from the ecosystem onwards. The starting point for marketing for the newly established company was not very comprehensive, so in cooperation with us, Pianto has taken significant steps forward. The new website was a great success and the feedback from them has been purely positive and our work has been praised in many different directions. We invested in both visuals and functionality on the website.

Price of one appointment: You only pay for completed appointments.

SDR: Sales Development Representative. Responsible for contacting and arranging meetings.

SDR manager: A person who is responsible for the SDR team and the business intelligence team. Leads, manages, sets goals and develops the whole operations.

Business intelligence:  The person responsible for doing the “back office”. Creates contact lists and is responsible for implementing the technical side and reporting.

Recruitment cost: A one-time payment for the costs associated with hiring a new person.

Software: Software costs for the contact lists and the tools used for the contact itself.
